T. J. Kono

T.J. has led investments in retail, food & beverages, hotel, and telecom sectors in Japan as well as a number of Korea investments as a founding Partner of the Seoul office. As a member of Japan and Korea Investment Committee, he also leads Unison’s IR efforts. Prior to Unison Capital, he worked at Merrill Lynch Japan, where he was responsible for M&A advisory operations. T.J. holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Washington University (St. Louis).
