Erin Cher is an Associate Director for Business and Program Development at the Milken Institute. Based in Santa Monica, Cher leads the curation of the Financial Markets track in programs across Milken Institute’s convening internationally, including its flagship Global Conference. In her business development function, Cher specializes in end-to-end strategy development of product offerings. She works cross-functionally to facilitate the definition, design, and execution of programmatic and event offerings across the Milken Institute. Previously at the Milken Institute’s Asia Center based in Singapore, Cher co-led the Business and Program Development team for the Asia Pacific region in addition to managing a portfolio of strategic relationships. These include sponsor partners as well as the Global Capital Markets Advisory Council (GCMAC) and Forum for Family Asset Management (FFAM) networks. The GCMAC and FFAM networks convene senior executives from the world’s largest pension funds, endowments and foundations, insurance companies, state and corporate treasuries, single-family offices, and sovereign wealth funds through private forums to discuss the opportunities and challenges facing institutional investors in the financial markets.
