Ms. Zhang is the former Managing Director of China AMC Capital Management Company and the founder of the Private Equity Division of China Asset Management Company, With more than ten years of investment experience in public and private markets, Ms. Zhang has extensive investment and research experience and has accumulated rich experience and resources in the capital markets. Ms. Zhang led equity investments in many notable companies, including Bytedance, NIO (NIO.NYSE), Meituan (3690.HK), Xiaomi (1810.HK), Kingsoft Cloud (KC.NASDAQ), Weineng, IC League, UOS, PingCap, Alibaba (BABA.NYSE). Ms. Zhang has been consistently recognized as an outstanding venture capitalist by well-known institutions in China. She was awarded as one of the "F40" China Young Investors for two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019. In 2021 she was selected as one of “GP Young Leaders” by FOFWEEKLY. Ms. Zhang also holds a Master Degree of Finance from PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University and serves as a mentor at Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University. Ms. Zhang received an honorary degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, an MBA degree (graduated with honors) from Hult International Business School (co-organized with Boston College). Ms. Zhang is a Chartered Financial Analyst qualification holder.
