Binayak oversees FWD Group's businesses across Emerging Markets as well as the growth and development of its distribution channels. He holds various board positions within the Group, including in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam. Binayak has more than 20 years of experience in the Asian insurance industry. Prior to joining FWD, Binayak served as the CEO of Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited and has a track record in leading multi-national insurers through diverse phases from start-up to acquisition, merger, and realignment.
