Patrick de Picciotto is an investor and entrepreneur born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and currently based in New York where he resides with his wife and three children. Patrick has a robust entrepreneurial experience in financial services, most recently as co-founder and managing partner of FWD Global, a close-knit circle of investors and entrepreneurs investing together at the nexus of finance, technology and real estate, as well as breakout opportunities in Brazil. Patrick is also a founding partner of Canary, Brazil's leading early stage technology venture fund, and Atlantico, its sister-fund focused on venture growth. Finally, Patrick is a founder and principal of BRE Capital family office, which invests proprietary capital across asset classes and geographies. Prior to his current entrepreneurial path, Patrick was a senior partner at M Square/Velt Partners, a leading Brazilian investment firm focused on international investments and Brazilian equities. Patrick remains engaged as a strategic advisor and IR consultant to Velt Partners. Outside of work, Patrick is deeply committed to several philanthropic initiatives in Brazil and Israel.
