Arundhati Bhattacharya

Arundhati Bhattacharya joined Salesforce on April 1, 2020. She leads the business in India, which is built on solid foundations, to even greater heights, such that most Corporates would consider the company as the "go-to" company amongst our peers. Prior to joining Salesforce, Bhattacharya was Chairman of State Bank of India, India's largest Bank and a Fortune 500 Company. It is a legacy 214 year old Bank where she was responsible for initiating and leading its digital transformation journey. The insights she gained from the customer's point of view helped to refine the Bank's offerings such that it was able to always over-deliver on its commitments to its customers. Bhattacharya is based in Mumbai and is a mother of a 24 year old daughter. She and her husband love travelling, reading, and experimenting with food. Shes believes that people spend the best hours of their lives at the workplace. As such it is her endeavour to create the right atmosphere that enables her people to enjoy their work, innovate, deliver and thrive.
