Takafumi Horie is a Japanese entrepreneur and Founder & Director of Interstellar Technologies Inc. (IST), an aerospace manufacture and launch service provider. IST became the first private company in Japan to reach space after launching sounding rocket "MOMO" in 2019 and is currently developing microsatellite launch vehicle "ZERO". In 2021, Horie established a satellite company "Our Stars" that aims to build satellite internet services with formation flight technologies, remote sensing with super low altitude satellite and to conduct series of experiments in space with return capsule.
