Michael Guarino is the Global Head of Healthcare Technology Investment Banking at Citi, where he oversees the firm’s coverage efforts for large cap and growth stage clients. He joined Citi from Goldman Sachs where he served as a Managing Director within the Investment Banking Division. Michael has advised on many of the industry’s largest acquisitions and capital markets offerings, including the sale of Cerner to Oracle, Change Healthcare to United Health, and the IPOs of Agilon, Alignment Healthcare and Privia.
