David Breach

David Breach is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Vista Equity Partners (Vista), a leading global investment firm that exclusively invests in enterprise software, data and technology-enabled businesses. In this capacity, David oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and long-term direction, and he advises on Vista’s investment strategies. He also sits on Vista’s Executive Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for matters affecting its overall management and strategic direction, as well as the firm’s Private Equity Management and Private Equity Funds’ Investment Committees. David was previously a speaker at the 2022 Milken Institute Global Conference, where he discussed the merits of private equity in times of uncertainty. David received a B.B.A. in marketing from Eastern Michigan University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan with his J.D.
