Carolyn Childers is co-founder and CEO of Chief, the most powerful network of executive women in the world. Prior to founding Chief, Carolyn was SVP of Operations at Handy, then led the launch of Soap.com and acted as GM through its acquisition by Amazon. Previously, Childers held strategy and business development roles at Victoria’s Secret and Avon Products. She began her career in finance, working in investment banking at Deutsche Bank. Carolyn was named to Inc.’s Female Founders 100 List.
