Securing Critical Minerals Supply Chains

-

Today's energy demands from AI, digitization, advanced manufacturing, and other essential economic activities all depend on secure, reliable, and accessible critical minerals. Yet global supply chains for key minerals remain reliant on a few countries, exposing industries to potentially adverse geopolitical events, trade restrictions, and market volatility. This session will examine the evolving trade, investment, and industrial policy landscape for critical minerals together with opportunities to strengthen supply chain resilience. In particular, panelists will review means by which investors, industry leaders, and governments can work together to secure resources for the essential technologies and activities of the future.
