The Longevity Bet: Where Evidence Meets Investment

-

Americans over age 50 hold 70 percent of the nation's personal wealth, yet their needs and preferences have historically received relatively limited attention from investors and marketers. That is starting to change as private investment in longevity science has nearly doubled since 2024, reaching $8.5 billion across 325 deals. From biomarkers for earlier disease detection to new insights into brain health and women’s midlife health, research is reshaping what we know about aging. As the number of older adults grows, so does the market for products and services that help people live healthier, longer lives. As science advances, the technological infrastructure, payment models, and care delivery must keep pace to make the benefits of longevity broadly available. Hear from experts on where the greatest opportunities in aging and longevity lie and what it will take to bring promising innovations to scale.
