Future-Proofing Retirement: Innovative Models for Universal Retirement Security (Invite only)

-

The concept of retirement is undergoing rapid transformation. A significant portion of the modern workforce—gig workers, part-time employees, and those in small businesses—lack access to employer-sponsored retirement plans or full health coverage. This leaves many vulnerable as they age. The gap is exacerbated by evolving working models and a general lack of financial engagement among many workers who are not actively saving for the future. This interactive session will move beyond conventional solutions. The session will consider innovative, universal models designed to close the coverage gap and facilitate financial security for all workers. It will focus on expanding coverage, boosting engagement, and adapting to the future of work.
