Author Talk: Sebastian Mallaby, "The Infinity Machine: Demis Hassabis, DeepMind, and the Quest for Superintelligence"

Demis Hassabis, Co-Founder and CEO of Google DeepMind, Nobel Prize winner, and chess prodigy, has spent decades pursuing what once seemed impossible and now may be within reach: machines capable of reasoning at a level that rivals, and perhaps surpasses, our own. In The Infinity Machine, acclaimed financial journalist and two-time Pulitzer Prize finalist Sebastian Mallaby draws on years of extraordinary access to Hassabis and his inner circle to unravel the complex world of a genius. If you cannot attend the Author Talk or are solely interested in the book signing portion, we encourage you to come to the Global Conference on-site bookstore managed by Barnes & Noble at the end of the scheduled hour for a 30-minute signing.
