Susan Wetherby is an executive assistant at Milken Institute Strategic Philanthropy, where she supports the Environmental and Social Innovation portfolio. She brings extensive experience in operational management and excels at streamlining office processes, coordinating complex projects, and providing high-level administrative support.

Prior to joining the Milken Institute, Wetherby served as a program analyst at the National Institute of Mental Health and previously applied her creative and organizational skills as a photo producer at Discovery, Inc. She holds a bachelor of science in broadcasting and film from Boston University and is recently certified as an emergency medical responder.
