Kevin Crain is head of Workplace Solutions Integration for Bank of America. In this role, he is the executive business lead for the delivery of Workplace Solutions through Bank of America’s local markets, as well as communicating the bank’s thought leadership and insights to the industry and marketplace. Crain has been with Bank of America for 15 years. Prior to that, he gained 35+ years of experience in workplace and employee benefits with a number of leading institutions. Crain is co‐chair of the Age Friendly New York City Commission and serves as trustee for the Employee Benefits Research Institute.
