Driving Workforce Resiliency by Advancing the Employer's Role in Health (Invite only)

-

The pandemic accelerated the transformation of the workplace and elevated the opportunity for employers to assume a critical role in workforce and community health. Employers are finding a voice on critical issues such as promoting employees’ mental health and wellbeing. This accelerated redesign also illustrated the importance of a “whole person" approach, coupled with empathetic leadership, to influence productivity, enhance engagement, and effectively address the needs of five generations in the workforce. This invite-only discussion will focus on the emergent models of learning and innovation to optimize health for employees and organizations. Vital aspects to explore include the investments needed to pave the way for a healthy, engaged, and productive workforce. Fostering a resilient workforce is not only the right thing to do, it also makes business sense.
