Mostafa El-Ghorab is a visionary business leader with over two decades of executive experience driving innovation, industrial transformation, and sustainable growth across manufacturing, ICT, real estate, construction, agriculture, and public sector. As Partner and Chief Business Officer at INDOS, he leads the company’s product and regional expansion, through managing strategic initiatives that advance smart manufacturing and AI-driven industrial solutions. His leadership has been instrumental in modernizing factory operations across the MEA region, enabling data-driven efficiency and empowering manufacturers to compete on a global scale.

Previously, as Senior Partner and Country Manager at LOGIC Consulting, Mostafa spearheaded national transformation programs and institutional reforms for governments and major corporations, including projects with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and Investment and Egypt’s Agricultural Export Council, delivering measurable impact in competitiveness, governance, and productivity. He also led the services support business at Nokia Corp. in Sub-Saharan Africa, in which he supported governments and telecom operators with innovative business models in expanding services beyond urban areas.

Holding an MBA degree from the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business and a Certification from London Business School in Organizational Resilience and Agility, Mostafa is recognized for his ability to blend strategic foresight with executional excellence.
