Paul Winters is the Keough-Hesburgh Professor of Global Affairs and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the University of Notre Dame’s Keough School of Global Affairs. Currently, he is the Executive Director of the Secretariat of the Innovation Commission for Climate Change, Food Security and Agriculture. Prior to joining Notre Dame, he was Associate Vice-President, Strategy and Knowledge Department and Director, Research and Impact Assessment Division at the International Fund for Agricultural Development in Rome.
