Lisa Stevens

Lisa Stevens serves as Aon’s Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing the People Organization, Marketing & Communications and Public Affairs. She is also a member of the Aon Executive Committee. Lisa is responsible for Aon’s people strategies, global brand, marketing and communications strategies; as well as creating, implementing and leading strategies that empower 60,000 colleagues to fully align with the client-centric Aon United mission. Since joining Aon in 2018 as Executive Vice President of Aon United Operations leading the Delivering Aon United strategy and adoption, Lisa has held several client- and colleague-facing roles, including CEO of Talent Solutions and most recently, global Chief People Officer.

Prior to joining Aon, Stevens served as Head of Western United States for Wells Fargo where she was responsible for 34,000 employees and 2,700 branches.
