Colleen Lindholz

Group Vice President, Kroger Health
Colleen Lindholz is the Group Vice President of Kroger Health, the healthcare division of The Kroger Co., overseeing pharmacy, clinical, nutrition services, and digital health platforms. Under her leadership, Kroger Health operates over 2,200 pharmacies and 170 clinics across 35 states, serving 17 million customers annually. A passionate advocate for the company’s Food for Health strategy, Colleen is committed to helping people live healthier lives. She began her career with Kroger in 1995 as a pharmacist in the Cincinnati/Dayton Division and has held various roles including manager, coordinator, recruiter, and merchandiser. She was promoted to Director of Pharmacy Sales and Marketing in 2013, then served as President & CEO of The Little Clinic before becoming President of Kroger Health in 2017. In 2025 Colleen was promoted to the first-ever Group Vice President of Kroger Health. Colleen has received numerous honors including Kroger’s Chairman’s and Leadership Awards, Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery, Forbes’ Powerful Women Shaping the Future of Food, Modern Healthcare’s Top Women Leaders and Transformative CEO Honoree. She serves on several boards including NACDS, the Joe Burrow Foundation and is currently serving as Chair for EasterSeals Redwood. Colleen earned her pharmacy degree from the University of Cincinnati and resides in Cincinnati with her family.
