Andrew Lewis

President, British American Business Council; Executive Vice President, Communify

Andrew Lewis is President of the British American Business Council (BABC), the largest transatlantic business network that connects companies in the United Kingdom and the United States. The BABC is a non-profit and promotes trade and investment between the UK and US, helps businesses expand into each other’s markets and provides insight on regulations, market trends, and cross-border opportunities. He is also an executive at Communify, a global Fintech that unifies the communication of market and client data to deliver intelligent insights and add mass value to investors and investment professionals.

At Commmunify, Andrew is responsible for corporate development and partnerships. Prior to Communify, Andrew was an early executive at InvestCloud, a global Fintech, that had a unicorn exit and there he was responsible for expanding the business to EMEA and APAC. Before getting into Fintech, Andrew spent 10+ years as a British diplomat responsible for trade and investment. In 2011, Andrew was recognized for his contribution to wealth creation in the UK and awarded an MBE by Her Majesty the Queen.

He’s originally from Northern Ireland (grew up in Germany and Austria) and holds an MBA and BA (Hons) from Scottish Universities.
