Mikhael (Mik) Naayem is co-founder and Chief Business Officer of Dapper Labs and served as a board member for its parent company Axiom Zen, even prior to joining company operations. He is responsible for business strategy, partnerships, and helping build out Flow’s ecosystem in order to create powerful blockchain-based user experiences. His work has led to top-tier partnerships with organizations like the NBA and Samsung, as well as with well-known brands such as UFC, Warner Music Group, and the NFL. Prior to joining, Naayem founded and was CEO of Fuel Powered, a venture-backed liveops platform used by mobile gaming leaders including SEGA and Bandai Namco, with over 250 million monthly active users. Fuel Powered was acquired in 2017 by Animoca Brands, where he still serves in a non-operational role as President of Games. Naayem graduated from Columbia University with a BEng and MEng in Engineering.
