Tom Fields is a co-founder of Carbon Yield and is also currently a Senior Associate at Golub Capital. Mr. Fields joined Golub Capital in 2014 and is a member of its Middle Market Lending team. He is responsible for executing, managing and monitoring investments for the firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Fields was a founder of St. Thomas Flyboarding, a watersports business based in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Mr. Fields earned his BS degree in Finance from the University of Miami and is currently an MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
