As Managing Director of INNODIA, I build systems that connect research, patients, clinicians, drug developers, and healthcare systems—creating bridges between worlds that often remain disconnected, not by adding complexity but by removing barriers. This approach is guided by a simple conviction: real progress happens when we ask better questions, see challenges from different perspectives, and have the courage to do things differently to create genuine change.
