Leslie Henshaw

Leslie is a Partner on the Healthcare Services team at Deerfield, where she focuses on investing in healthcare services and healthcare information technology companies. Before joining Deerfield in 2005, Leslie’s career included almost two decades in consulting, investment banking and research where she focused exclusively on healthcare companies. Leslie has served on a variety of corporate healthcare boards and co-founded Deerfield’s board readiness program focused on recruiting and mentoring senior women healthcare executives and helping connect them to board opportunities. Leslie graduated with High Honors with a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University, and she earned her M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
