Chuck Divita

Chuck Divita is Chief Executive Officer of Teladoc Health, the global leader in virtual care serving 100 million members in the United States. An innovative, results-driven leader, he has a track record of driving growth at scale. Since joining the company in June 2024, he has led a transformation that expanded Teladoc Health’s services and earned the company recognition on Newsweek's list of America's Most Trustworthy Companies and USA TODAY's America's Most Trusted Brands. Previously, Chuck held senior leadership positions at GuideWell, one of the largest health solutions organizations in the United States. In his most recent role as Executive Vice President for the Commercial Markets business, Chuck played a pivotal role in creating and executing strategies to position the company’s direct-to-consumer, insured employer and national account businesses for sustainable success, including generating over $23B in annual revenues and market-differentiating customer satisfaction measures. Earlier, he served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer for several years, helping the organization navigate the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and generating substantial financial results during his tenure. Before GuideWell, he was Chief Financial Officer of FPIC Insurance Group, a publicly traded medical professional liability insurer. A Certified Public Accountant, he holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
