President and Chief Executive Officer, Banner Health Amy Perry joined Banner Health in November 2021, bringing more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience. Guided by Banner's outstanding talent and innovative spirit, Perry has led a One Team culture to achieve operational performance, world-class care excellence, and health outcomes for value. Perry has grown Banner’s ambulatory footprint, which now serves nearly 4 million people in six states and provides health plan and value-based services for 1.2 million members.

Leaning into our academic mission, Perry has supported growth in medical education to 1,300 residents and fellows, 7,000 nurses, and hundreds of technical professionals expanding our vital clinical professional workforce. From a billion-dollar investment in technology, more than 1,000 active clinical trials, and growing venture partnerships, Perry encourages Banner innovation in every area of the organization.

Perry has received awards for Innovation in Healthcare and has been named to Modern Healthcare's Top 25 Women Leaders and Top 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare multiple times.
