Howard Reid leads Global Health Equity at Johnson & Johnson. In this role he’s responsible for company-wide social impact efforts that advance equitable access to quality care, especially in communities that have been historically marginalized around the world. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Howard has held commercial leadership roles in marketing and strategy across the US and Asia in Immunology, Infectious Disease, Neuroscience and Cardiovascular. He’s known for building strong teams, leading with purpose, and delivering results that matter for both business and society. Also serving as President of the Johnson & Johnson Foundation, Howard guides the Company’s global philanthropic efforts, including public-private collaborations to support resilient community-based health systems and investing in companies and entrepreneurs innovating to improve health equity around the world. Howard holds an MBA from the University of Rochester with a concentration in health care management and strategy, and a BS in Biology from The Pennsylvania State University.
