Co-Founder, LOG OFF

Emma Lembke is a 23 year-old Gen Z leader in digital wellness and one of the most influential young voices advocating for healthier social media use. At 17, she founded the LOG OFF Movement, an international youth-led organization promoting healthier relationships with technology.

Beyond LOG OFF, she co-founded Design It For Us and serves as the Director of Gen Z Advocacy at the Sustainable Media Center. In 2023, she testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee on social media’s impact on teen mental health and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Social Media.
