Pier Luigi Sigismondi

Pier Luigi Sigismondi joined Dole with over 20 years of industry experience in Consumer Goods. Based at its headquarters in Singapore, Pier Luigi is leading the Dole Packaged Foods business globally and is driving a historical transformation to become an iconic Nutrition and Wellness business across all markets around the world. Before joining the company, Pier Luigi was the President of Unilever for South East Asia and Australasia since 2016. He joined Unilever and its Executive Board in September 2009 as Chief Supply Chain Officer. Pier Luigi was appointed Non-Executive Director of Rexel SA Supervisory Board and was the Chairman of its Strategic Committee (2013-2016).  He is also a Non-Executive Board Member of Ben & Jerry's since 2014. Holding a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in USA, Pier Luigi is a member of Singularity University global community and a strong believer of the proactive role companies can play against climate change, social equality and inclusion when doing business.
