Xin Wei Low

Mr. Low Xin Wei is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Singapore Nuclear Research and Safety Institute (SNRSI) at the National University of Singapore. As the CEO, Xin Wei provides strategic leadership and management, oversees administration and governance, and deepens engagement with government and industry stakeholders in driving SNRSI’s continued growth and impact Xin Wei has 20 years of experience in Singapore’s public service. Prior to his current appointment, he served as the Assistant Chief Executive (Energy Technologies) at the Energy Market Authority. He has held various appointments in other public sector organizations, including serving as the Group Chief Technology Officer at the Public Sector Science and Technology Policy and Plans Office in the Prime Minister’s Office, and other appointments in the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance and National Research Foundation.
