Stephanie Riady

Stephanie Riady is the CEO of Lippo Education, where she leads one of Indonesia’s largest integrated education ecosystems, comprising 207 schools across 70 locations nationwide. Her work focuses on driving system-level transformation through scalable models that integrate STEM, AI, and digital learning, while expanding access to quality education in underserved regions. She is actively engaged in national education policy, including co-developing a joint research and publication partnership with Indonesia’s Ministry of Education to strengthen evidence-based STEM policy in public schools. As Founder of the STEM Indonesia Cerdas movement and Trustee of the Riady Foundation, she brings a cross-sector perspective bridging government, private sector, and philanthropy to advance education reform at scale.
