Siew Sze Lee

Siew Sze is Head of Regulatory Risk Affairs for Asia Pacific at Swiss Re. In this role, she leads regulatory intelligence, risk assessment and engagement activities across key APAC markets, helping Swiss Re anticipate and navigate regulatory, geopolitical and public policy developments. Based in Singapore, she works closely with senior management, industry associations and public authorities on topics ranging from insurance regulation and financial sector resilience to climate adaptation, sustainability and risk governance.
