Rishi Kalra

Rishi was appointed Executive Director and Group CFO of ofi in January 2020 following its creation through the reorganization of the Olam Group. He is a global leader with over 30 years of senior finance leadership experience across Asia, Africa and Europe. Rishi played a key role in the reorganization of Olam Group and the creation and separation of ofi across ~50 countries. He has led significant strategic and financial initiatives, including major acquisitions, capital raising and enterprise-wide transformation. In his role as Executive Director and Group CFO, his current remit encompasses Global Operations and Digital & IT alongside Finance, Treasury, Tax, Risk and Internal Audit. Rishi has been a longstanding advocate for integrating sustainability into business strategy, decision-making and capital allocation. He pioneered multi-capital accounting within Olam and was the founding Chair of the APAC CFO Leadership Network of Accounting for Sustainability (A4S), established by HM King Charles III, serving in that role until 2025. His contribution to the evolving role of finance and sustainable business has received international recognition, including the 2025 Finance for the Future Leadership Award and featured as one of 35 essential CFO Thought Leaders Globally in 2026. Rishi is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), and has completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
