Ma. Victoria A. Tan is a sustainability and resilience consultant, educator, and corporate executive with nearly four decades of leadership in risk management, sustainability, insurance, audit, finance, and governance.
In 2026, she was invited to serve as Chief Finance Officer of Keltera Corp, a tech startup offering AI‑native climate solutions that help companies assess the impact of physical and transition risks. In this role, she integrates financial governance with sustainability innovation.
Previously, as Executive Director for Group Risk Management and Sustainability at Ayala Corporation (2013–2025), she advanced Ayala’s climate ambition, a UNREDD+ project in Mindoro, and ESG governance reforms, while building global partnerships with WBCSD, IFRS, UN Global Compact, and PARIMA. Her career includes senior roles at Smart Communications, international finance and audit work, and advocacy as Chairperson of the UN Global Compact Network Philippines.
Recognized with the Pearls of Legacy Award (2026), Asia’s Risk Leader of the Year (2021), and Eco‑Business A‑List honors (2019), she now lectures at De La Salle University while pursuing a Master’s in Sustainability and Circular Economy at Rome Business School. She graduated top of her class at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and was a CPA Board placer.
