Previously, she led the creation of Korea’s first three-Michelin-star restaurant and built one of Asia’s most acclaimed fine-dining portfolios, while redefining Kwangjuyo’s design legacy through ceramics, gastronomy, and cultural branding.
Her work sits at the intersection of culture, design, hospitality, and luxury—building brands that transcend products to become cultural symbols.
She holds degrees from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Loyola University Chicago, and the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy.
