Dante Morra

Dr. Dante Morra is a visionary leader and innovator in Canadian health care, and Founder and CEO of the CAN Health Network, a national not-for-profit platform revolutionizing how Canadian companies enter and succeed in the health care sector. He has built CAN Health into an integrated marketplace of health care organizations that test, procure and adopt Canadian products, services and technologies. Today, CAN Health organizations hold half of Canada's health care purchasing power and collectively care for 85% of Canadians. A specialist in internal medicine and professor at the University of Toronto's Temerty Faculty of Medicine, Dr. Morra holds an MBA and is an acclaimed educator, earning the W.T. Aikins Award, the Faculty's highest teaching honour. He was recently awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal and named one of the Top 50 Executives by The Globe and Mail's Report on Business. Previously, Dr. Morra served as the inaugural Chief of Staff at Trillium Health Partners, where he oversaw 1,400 physicians and professional staff and played a significant role in Canada's largest hospital merger, which created a unified system that redefined care delivery and system integration. He later served as Chief Clinical Innovation Officer and President of THP Solutions, where he left a lasting legacy of transformative innovation across the organization. Dr. Morra also founded Insight Health Solutions, a groundbreaking clinical rehabilitation and mental health provider, generating $45 million annually.
