Suhasini Haidar is the Diplomatic Editor of The Hindu newspaper, one of India's oldest and most-respected dailies. Over a career spanning more than three decades, Suhasini has been on assignment in several conflict, and covered major developments internationally. She was a reporter for CNN International and Foreign Editor at CNN-IBN prior to this. Suhasini regularly writes columns for The Hindu and presents a show on YouTube "WorldView with Suhasini Haidar." Suhasini is the recipient of a number of awards and has contributed to a number of books on Indian Foreign Policy and South Asia.
