Kevin Sneader

President, Asia Pacific Ex-Japan, Goldman Sachs
Kevin is the Hong Kong-based president of Asia Pacific Ex-Japan at Goldman Sachs. He joined the firm in 2021 as a partner and oversees all of the firm’s activities across the region. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Kevin served as the 12th global managing partner of McKinsey & Company. Kevin held various positions over 3 decades with McKinsey including serving as Managing Partner of the Mid Atlantic, United Kingdom and Asian offices. At Goldman Sachs, Kevin is a member of the Firmwide Management Committee, Asia Pacific Management Committee, Firmwide Conduct Committee, Asia Pacific Conduct Committee, Firmwide Reputational Risk Committee and Firmwide Client Franchise Committee. He is a trustee of the Brookings Institution, member of The Nature Conservancy (TNC) Asia Pacific Council and a member of The Shanghai International Financial Advisory Council (SIFAC). Other roles he previously held include serving as President of British American Business and as a member of the advisory council of Singapore’s Economic Development Board. Kevin earned an LLB with first class honors from Glasgow University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
