John Feinblatt is the president of Everytown for Gun Safety, the nation’s largest gun violence prevention group, and a top advisor to Michael Bloomberg. During the twelve years of the Bloomberg administration, John served as Criminal Justice Coordinator and was later appointed the Mayor’s Chief Policy Advisor. Prior to joining City Hall, John was the founding director of both the Center for Court Innovation and the Midtown Community Court. John is from Baltimore and is a graduate of Wesleyan University and the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University.
