The Milken Institute's Economic Mobility Alliance (EMA) unites a variety of the Institute’s programs to expand access to capital under a single, coordinated umbrella, accelerating economic opportunity for individuals at every stage of their financial lives.
Built on the belief that economic mobility is the mechanism through which the American Dream becomes attainable, EMA brings together programs spanning entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, retirement security, veterans' support, and community investment. By fostering collaboration across these workstreams, the Alliance amplifies individual program impact and drives real-world results at scale.
