Lisa Stevens serves as Aon’s Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing the People Organization, Marketing & Communications and Public Affairs. She is also a member of the Aon Executive Committee.Lisa is responsible for our firm’s global brand, marketing and communications strategies; as well as creating, implementing and leading strategies that empower our 60,000 colleagues to fully align with our client-centric Aon United mission. Together, our shared services collaborate to deliver on our colleague experience and provide the support needed to serve our clients.Since joining Aon in 2018 as Executive Vice President of Aon United Operations leading the Delivering Aon United strategy and adoption, Lisa has held several client- and colleague-facing roles, including CEO of Talent Solutions and most recently, global Chief People Officer.Her leadership objective is for clients to experience and colleagues to be inspired by the Aon United values and culture that help our firm consistently deliver great outcomes for clients and colleagues - while bringing to life our purpose to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.Prior to joining Aon, Stevens served as Head of Western United States for Wells Fargo where she was responsible for 34,000 employees and 2,700 branches. She has an extensive background in managing operating, market, reputation and credit risk and has managed a multi-billion-dollar profit-and-loss statement.
