Glenn M. Parker, M.D., is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of NationsBenefits. A trained internist, he transitioned from private practice to building companies that improve access, affordability, and outcomes through technology and disciplined operations.

Dr. Parker co-founded ParkStone Medical Information Systems, where he introduced the first handheld e-prescribing platform integrated with health-plan formularies; the solution earned Microsoft Healthcare Industry Solutions Awards in 1999 and 2000. In 2001, he founded Convey Health Solutions (formerly NationsHealth) to enhance Medicare beneficiaries’ access to cost-effective care, serving as CEO for more than a decade. He later co-founded Centauri Health Solutions and continues to advise its CEO.

Since 2015, Dr. Parker has led development of NationsBenefits’ vertically integrated healthcare fintech platform, unifying benefits, payments, and outcomes-driven services for managed care and commercial plans. The company facilitates billions of dollars in member benefits, primarily used to access nutritious food and groceries, and has delivered millions of medically tailored meals to support post-discharge recovery and chronic condition management. NationsBenefits has been recognized on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 (No. 134 in 2021 with 1,010% three-year growth), earned a Bronze Stevie Award for Thought Leadership (2023), and ranked No. 184 on the 2023 Inc. 5000.

Dr. Parker holds a B.A. from the University of Florida and an M.D. from New York Medical College, and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. His work focuses on scalable, member-centric solutions that connect benefits, payments, and care delivery to improve adherence and measurable health outcomes.
