Colleen Lindholz

Group Vice President and President, Kroger Health

Colleen Lindholz is GVP and President of Kroger Health, the healthcare division of The Kroger Co., overseeing pharmacy, clinical, nutrition services, and digital health platforms. Under her leadership, Kroger Health operates over 2,200 pharmacies and 220 clinics across 35 states, serving 17 million customers annually. A passionate advocate for the company’s Food as Medicine strategy, Colleen is committed to helping people live healthier lives.

She began her career with Kroger in 1995 as a pharmacist in the Cincinnati/Dayton Division and has held various roles including manager, coordinator, recruiter, and merchandiser. She was promoted to Director of Pharmacy Sales and Marketing in 2013, then served as President & CEO of The Little Clinic before becoming the first-ever President of Kroger Health in 2017.

Colleen has received numerous honors including Kroger’s Chairman’s and Leadership Awards, Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery, Forbes’ Powerful Women Shaping the Future of Food, and Modern Healthcare’s Top Women Leaders. She serves on several boards including EasterSeals Redwood, NACDS, and the Joe Burrow Foundation. Colleen earned her pharmacy degree from the University of Cincinnati and resides in Cincinnati with her family.
