Ann Meeker-O’Connell has 25 years of experience in medical product development, spanning trial design, clinical operations, and quality. She currently serves as Executive Director and Monitoring Excellence Head at Novartis. Prior to this role, Ann led the Office of Clinical Policy, Office of the Commissioner at FDA. She has also served as an executive quality leader for R&D at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, IQVIA, and Johnson & Johnson. She received her Bachelor’s degree and M.S. in Pharmacology from Duke University.
