As President and CEO of the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC), Ron Busby possesses a wealth of management skills and a strong commitment to serve Black business owners. Busby grew his first company, USA Superclean, from $150,000 annualized revenue, to over $15 million in 10 years. Early on in his career, USA Superclean was recognized as the largest Black-owned janitorial firm in the country.    Busby's support of Black-owned businesses has seen him recognized as ‘Advocate of the Year’ by the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), and named ‘Man of the Year’ by Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. for his philanthropy. Currently, he serves on the Board of Bowie State University Foundation, Bayou Classic Committee, Pfizer Small Business Council, National Newspapers Publishers Association Foundation Board of Directors, Essence Festival Entrepreneurial Advisory Committee, FCC Broadcast Diversity & Development Committee, Businesses for Responsible Tax Reform, Small Business Administration's Council on Underserved Communities, and is a founding member of Black Wealth 2020.  A native of Oakland, CA, and graduate with honors from both Florida A&M and Clark Atlanta University, Busby has dedicated himself to the empowerment of the Black business community. Mr. Busby is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity, a father of two sons, and currently resides in Washington, DC.
