Rodrigo Bettini started his career on Wall Street in 2005. In 2008 an offer to lead Investor Relations
for the Brazilian arm of a US-based hedge fund landed him in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where he marketed the firm’s proprietary Asset-Backed Security structures to investors in the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. In 2009 he accepted a position as Director of Investments with Sterne Agee Financial Services, Structuring and managing bond portfolios for municipalities and other tax-exempt bond issuing entities, where he provided investment services to over 50 local governments. In 2019 he decided to pursue an opportunity in the non-profit space as Director of Business and Program Development for CA-based think tank ‘The Milken Institute’, focused largely on developing and implementing the Institute’s expansion plan into Latin America, where he served as point person to the region’s Family Office Principals, Pension Fund CIO’s, and Fortune 100 corporate leaders.
Rodrigo received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He currently holds FINRA designations: Ser 7, Ser 66, and Series 50 (Municipal Advisor Representative). He has been a featured speaker at regional, state, and national, and global conferences.
