Chris Moose is a Partner in IBM's Healthcare and Life Sciences Consulting Organization where he advises companies on government policy, emerging technologies and funding mechanisms that will transform healthcare. He also develops and presents IBM’s point of view on HealthTech to Congressional, Federal Department, State and National Media audiences. His current focus areas include the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA), Presidential Executive Orders on Healthcare Resiliency, FDA proposed rule changes, data ownership and using web3 to create business platforms.
