Founder and CEO, Koch Disruptive Technologies; Founder, Stand Together Ventures and Stand Together Music
Chase Koch is the founder and CEO of Koch Disruptive Technologies, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. He partners with principled entrepreneurs who are building transformative companies that can disrupt the economy and improve lives on an unprecedented scale. Chase began his career at Koch Industries in 1993 at a feed yard in Syracuse, Kansas, learning important life lessons from manual labor and hard work. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a degree in business marketing, he worked in Texas for a consulting firm. In 2003, he returned to Wichita as a financial analyst for Koch Equity Development Group. In 2006, Chase joined Koch Nitrogen Company, serving in regional management and global supply positions. He later served in multiple leadership positions for both Koch Fertilizer, LLC and Koch Agronomic Services, LLC. These experiences helped form his commitment to disrupting old business models and charting a new path. Chase serves as a board member and Executive Vice President of Koch Industries, Inc. His commitment to discovering disruptive solutions led him to found Stand Together Ventures, a network of business leaders focused on breaking social barriers and unleashing every person’s potential by investing in game-changing groups and companies. Chase also launched Stand Together Music, which uses the power of music to unite people to solve social problems and help others improve their lives, notably through Stand Together Jam Together. He also serves as a board member to the Charles Koch Foundation and Stand Together.
